Our winery was born of the need to provide the world with wines other than those already on the market due to its unique local variety (Pedro Ximenez) in that area.We diversified the production of wine, resulting in Young Fruity, Finos, Olorosos and Pedro Ximenez white wines.
We have become one of the leading producers of Vino Dulce Pedro Ximénez. Almost all the wineries, particularly those of Jerez, have a PX in our catalogue.
All our wines have the Designation of Origin Montilla-Moriles.
We have a wine-press, a wine fermentation cellar with a capacity of 3.5 million litres of wine and an aging cellar which can hold 2000 550-litre boots.

Reserve fino wine with over ten years of aging in American oak casks.
